How long does delivery take?
+Because we make every piece just for you, we need a little time to get it right. Expect 9 to 14 business days from the moment you place your order — that covers both production and shipping. Once it's on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can I order for a race weekend?
+Absolutely — we know how important it is to have the right look for race day. Just make sure you place your order at least 14 business days before you need it. If you're cutting it close, drop us a line at kelly@thatracegirl.com before you order and we'll be honest about what's realistic.
Do you ship worldwide?
+Yes — we ship to fans everywhere. Wherever you're watching from, we'll get your order to you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, so you'll always know exactly what to expect.
Is there free shipping?
+Yes. Any order over £75 ships free — no code needed, no fuss. Just one less thing to think about.
What sizes do you stock?
+Most of our pieces are available in S, M, L and XL, with select styles also offered in 2XL. Every product page includes a full size guide with detailed measurements — so you can find the fit that feels like you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
+Because every piece is created specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless something isn't right. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, just get in touch within 7 days of receiving it at kelly@thatracegirl.com and we'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
+We're so sorry if that happens — it shouldn't, but we're human. Get in touch at kelly@thatracegirl.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out straight away.
How is the clothing made?
+Every piece is printed and produced to order using eco-friendly packaging, sustainable washing and dyeing techniques, and biodegradable printing inks. We believe looking good shouldn't cost the planet — and we mean it.
Can I track my order?
+Yes — once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
